Nadir invites viewers to experience peaceful moments through imagination, rather than approaching peace as an abstract political or philosophical concept. The sculpture — a carefully balanced inverted pyramid — reverses the classic vertical symbol of power and violence, while also evoking an arrowhead suspended just before impact. Its surface consists of a mosaic of Fresnel lenses that refract and deflect the radiance of the dynamic field within in unpredictable, organic ways — reminiscent of a campfire symbolising gathering and hospitality, while its core remains deliberately concealed.
