On the southern side of the Alps, spring blooms early and autumn ends late. With mild temperatures, Brixen is the ideal place to kick off the cycling season – and of course, to extend it well into autumn, the season of indulgence.
South Tyrol is a land of indulgence – the perfect destination for those with a taste for the good life. Fertile soils, plenty of sunshine, and passionate producers ensure a rich variety of local products. You can enjoy them at farmers’ markets, with a traditional South Tyrolean Marende, or through the creative cuisine of our chefs – always best accompanied by the local wines (with the grapes growing in sight).
Consciously implementing measures to conserve resources and minimise our impact on nature and the environment is a priority for bike festa Südtirol. Our event is a certified GreenEvent and implements targeted measures to achieve these goals.
The destination of Brixen is also certified according to the criteria of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), the highest standard in tourism.
